We do not accept enquiries regarding your health via email or fax. If you need to enquire about health matters you should make an appointment to see, or speak to, a GP or Nurse.

Flu Vaccinations 2011 / 2012

Our walk-in clinics have now finished.

If you received a letter advising vaccination, but have not been able to attend, please make an appointment with the treatment room.

The Department of Health recommends a vaccination as protection for patients who may be severely affected if they catch `flu.

Keeping our records up to date

If you move, or change any of your details (such as telephone number, email address), please let us know.

You do not need to make an appointment to do this, just fill in a form (available at reception) and hand it to the receptionist.

Booking routine appointments

booking appointments online can sometimes be easier than using the telephone, and you can do it at any time of the day or night, whatever suits you.

Cancelling appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment, you can also do this online.
