Surgery Hours

Our opening times

The surgery is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.
Please note: this does not include public holidays.

If you have booked an appointment outside these times access is provided, at the rear of the building, in the morning between 7.30am and 8.30am, and in the evening between 6.30pm and 7.45pm.

When the Surgery is closed

Urgent care

If you need a doctor urgently, telephone the surgery for instructions and one of our doctors, or our Out of Hours Service HantsDoc will assist you. This may be a mobile phone so you should allow some time for the doctor to answer. If you require a visit during weekends or public holidays please telephone between 9:00am and 10:00am whenever possible as this helps the HantsDoc doctors to plan their rounds. Please do not telephone the on-call doctor about non-urgent matters.

Hampshire Healthcare Centre (Basingstoke) also provides medical and dental services from 8am to 8pm daily. Contact them on 01256 477 720.

GP Consulting Times

Our GPs see patients by appointment only. You can book an appointment either by telephoning the surgery or, if your appointment is not urgent, using our Appointments Online service (you will need to register before you can use our online service - please speak to reception about this).

Nurse Treatment Rooms

The treatment rooms are open for appointments Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12 midday and from 2pm to 5.10pm.

The nurses also hold regular clinics during the week. Please telephone reception to make an appointment and let the receptionist know what the appointment is for.
