Submission number:
...As you can see, it includes a unique submission number which is the ONLY guarantee that your request has been received.
If a unique submission number was NOT generated you will need to try again.
Collection time:
For your convenience we include the earliest date and time that your prescription will be ready for collection at the practice; to avoid disappointment, please don't come to collect your prescription before then. Please make your submission in good time as we are unable to accept requests at short notice.
The submission number (which will be different each time you make a request), submission time, and collection time will be made available to our repeat prescription staff should you need to speak with them regarding your request.
